I'm not a doctor and I don't diagnose. What I do is help you make sense of the several symptoms that can seem totally unrelated, but since the body works as a system, they always are. Every time I work with someone, it starts the same way, not with your test results, but with you. I spend real time understanding what your body is already telling you: your main concern, the symptoms you've normalized, the patterns you've noticed, your history, your lifestyle, what you've already tried. That context shapes everything that comes after.

Symptoms are never the problem itself, they're signals from deeper imbalances. Whether you're dealing with weight resistance, persistent fatigue, strong digestive issues, migraines, or hormonal disruption, these don't come out of nowhere. They're downstream effects of what's happening in five interconnected systems:

Energy Production How your cells generate energy. Glucose, insulin, mitochondrial function.

I work the way sports coaches work, not by handing you a plan and stepping back, but by staying close to what's actually happening in your daily life. Small, consistent adjustments over time are what change behavior and build habits. That's what the companionship is designed for.
